I want a job where I can combine the core tenants of reconstructive and aesthetic surgery to help people maximize their health and self-esteem. Whether it be against signs of aging or a new diagnosis of breast cancer, I want a job where I can be a champion for my patients and guide them to a better sense of self.

I have always been a proponent of service-based leadership. In contrast to a traditional (what I call "Big Boss") leadership style, service-based leadership focuses on the needs and development of team members. As a leader, I seek to foster an environment of belonging and purpose, where everyone has the freedom to speak up and question the status quo.

Laser Focus. Since a young age, I've been grateful for the ability to give vital tasks my full attention while exercising grit and resilience to get the job done at a high standard. This trait helped me achieve the rank of Eagle Scout, graduate college with a 4.0 GPA, and finish surgical residency with over 40 peer-reviewed publications.
